The third phase of the Alkent 2000 Lake Mans project includes the engineering, supply and construction works of the buildings in 2000 as well as the turnkey of the landscaping. The third phase built on a land of 250,000 m2 consists of 63 villas and social facilities and sports facilities. Independent villas with an average of 1500 m2 garden and swimming pool are designed in 8 different models ranging from 600 m2 to 1200 m2. In Alkent 2000, separate recreation facilities were built for each phase. Lake mans include tennis courts in the recreation center, 1750 m2 open and 80 m2 indoor swimming pools, sauna-hamam, steam room, shock pool, vitamin bar and buffet. In addition, centralized maintenance, cleaning and safety services are provided and the central installation building is available. In the villas, there is a water distribution network equipped with chemical, physical and biological treatment plants with remote -controlled closed garage, cable TV, communication system for phone shopping, security alarm and natural gas distribution systems, as well as durable polypropylene pipes.
